PRIMITIVE Backpack: RITORNO ALLE ORIGINI

1. PRIMITIVE.

🇮🇹 PRIMITIVE è una linea di borse e zaini prodotta da Cristina Girelli, una designer originaria di Brescia e ora adottata dalla vivace Rimini. Cristina è mamma, moglie e dopo aver intrapreso gli studi di Tecniche e Culture della Moda presso la Facoltà di Rimini, ha deciso di diventare anche imprenditrice fondando il brand PRIMITIVE.

1. PRIMITIVE.

🇬🇧 PRIMITIVE is a line of bags and backpacks produced by Cristina Girelli, a designer originally from Brescia and now adopted by the lively Rimini. Cristina is mother, wife, and after her studies on the Techniques and Culture of Fashion at the University of Rimini, she decided to become also a business woman, founding PRIMITIVE.

2. UN RITORNO ALLE ORIGINI.

🇮🇹 Il nome è legato alla filosofia di un ritorno alle origini, alla ricerca di materiali vintage e segni del passato assemblati con linee pulite e semplici. In occasione del nostro weekend a Volterra JJ ha indossato uno zaino con tessuto esterno a fiori ricavato da una stoffa d’arredamento. Oltre al tessuto fantasia è rifinito con pelle per alcuni dettagli e la vera particolarità sta nella fodera interna, costituita da una tela militare di un camion russo della seconda guerra mondiale. E’ l’unico caso di re-use, tutti gli altri tessuti sono vintage ma mai utilizzati. Tutti i modelli sono pezzi unici o in serie limitata.

2. BACK TO BASICS.

🇬🇧 The name is related to the philosophy of a return to basics, looking for vintage materials and signs of the past assembled with pure and simple lines. During our weekend-out in Volterra JJ wore a backpack with external fabric of flowers made from a furnishing fabric. In addition to the patterned fabric it’s finished with skin for a few details and the most particular detail is about the material inside: it consists of a canvas of a Russian military truck of the Second World War. It’s the only case of re-use, all other tissues are vintage but never used. All the creation are unique or limited edition.

3. NON SOLO ZAINI.

🇮🇹 Tra le varie creazioni di PRIMITIVE, oltre agli zaini, ci sono anche shopping bag, piccole borse a secchiello, e T-shirt con inserti particolari in collaborazione con brand d’abbigliamento, tutti rigorosamente Made in Italy. 3. NOT ONLY BACKPACKS.
